The project
We designed the architecture, the interface and the complete user experience of a mobile application that connects patients with certified plastic surgeons across Latin America. The platform integrates professional profiles, a coupon book, educational content and external scheduling, structured under a premium subscription model.
A design built from the ground up
We defined the information architecture, the flows and every interface component from the base, starting from how this decision is actually made.
A user experience for two journeys
The design resolves two paths within the same structure: the patient who researches, learns and books, and the professional who builds their presence. Educational content and the coupon book are part of that journey, not separate sections.
A digital experience that holds trust
Certification and professional backing read clearly on every profile, and the visual hierarchy was ordered so that information never falls into the background. The subscription model was integrated into that same structure, without interrupting the journey.
